  2. The best way to lose weight is to drink a lot of water, eat healthy, and exercise every day. Sorry to say, there’s no trick to losing weight quickly if you want to keep it off for good. Find a way to keep yourself accountable for what you eat and how you exercise every day, and pretty soon you’ll notice the difference! Good luck!

  3. if its done well yes. somepeople dont obsorb info when sleeping as well as others so you may need to have a one on one hypnosis session(s). The fact of the matter is its mostly in your head, the reason why you dont, exercise, or eat well or whatever it is that makes you overweight. so YES it MIGHT work. some people just dont respond to hypnosis
