I’ve got no idea about smioking, but it worked for me on weight. used it to lose weight to join USN. thought it lasted about 30 min but in reality lasted 2.5 hrs. hypnoterapist said that was proff that it worked. I lost 35 lbs.

yes it works,it worked for me I havent smoked in over 30 minutes! now if i could just stop eating and get off my a$s.
